Bobs Oriental Rugs is a business that offers top-notch cleaning and repair services for all types of rugs, not just orientals. To keep our prices low and focus on delivering exceptional services, we no longer have a physical store. Instead, our customers can meet with our specialized driver in the parking lot of the P.O box for rug drop-off and pick-up.

When the customer meets with our driver at the designated location, they will receive an invoice for the cleaning or repair services. Our specialized driver will then collect the rugs for cleaning or repair. Throughout the process, we will keep our customers updated with pictures of the cleaning progress, and we will notify them when their rug is ready for pick-up.

Please note that we always have a driver with our company van at the designated location, but we operate by appointments only. Once the rug is ready for pick-up, the customer will need to schedule another appointment to pick it up from the same location. We strive to complete the cleaning or repair process within 5-7 days, but depending on the weather, it might take as long as 7-10 days since we dry with natural sunlight and clean by hand.
