Born in Tehran, I completed high school before pursuing my education at Middlesex University in London, earning degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Fuel Technology. The call of America brought me to the San Francisco Bay Area 36 years ago, where I embraced a new life as an immigrant. I initially thrived in the food industry, running three Italian restaurants with 50 employees.In 2000, I transitioned to real estate, obtaining my license and dedicating the last 23 years to helping clients navigate home purchases and sales, while securing favorable financing options. My passion for knowledge led me to create a course, The Proven Strategies, focused on technical analysis for stock market opportunities.As a seasoned loan officer, I offer tailored solutions for every financial scenario—whether you’re buying a home, investing, or selling your property.
