Tehran Restaurant, established in 2003, is one of Beverly Hills first and finest Home cooking Persian Restaurants. Our cuisine is a fusion of ancient Persian and Modern Iranian techniques. Tehran sources only the best quality cuts of meat and the freshest herbs and vegetables. Our dishes are prepared on our premises daily.
Persian food is unique amongst other Middle Eastern Cuisines in the way that it uses blends of fresh herbs and subtle aromatic spices such as saffron with fruit, nuts, pulses, and vegetables to combine and complement meat, fish and fluffy Persian rice. Generally, we do not use chilli peppers or strong spices.
Our head chef, Simin Faraji, has been at the heart of the restaurant and her passion for great food is the key to our longstanding reputation for quality and excellence.
